  • Time and a half after 8 hours — every day.

     

  • Double time on your 7th workday, if you work all week.

     

  • Extra bonus: 1 hour of OT pay if you work more than 11 hours in a day.

     

  • Shift premiums:

     

    • $0.65/hour for evening shifts

       

    • $0.85/hour for midnight shifts

       

    • $1.15/hour on Sundays

       

Guaranteed Raises & Retirement Security

  • Annual wage increases every July 1st.

     

  • 401(k): 4% employer contribution plus 50% match on your first 3% (contribute 3% and receive 5.5% total!).

     

  • $1000/year in your family HSA – $500/year for individuals.

     

  • $175/year in boot reimbursement.
